So sad, I've been to Mont- Tremblant more times than I can count; still can't believe it

The horrible news many were expecting has finally been made public -- British actress Natasha Richardson has died at a New York hospital with her family present.
A publicist for Richardson's husband Liam Neeson released a statement:
"Liam Neeson, his sons, and the entire family are shocked and devastated by the tragic death of their beloved Natasha. They are profoundly grateful for the support, love and prayers of everyone, and ask for privacy during this very difficult time."
Richardson passed away at Lenox Hill Hospital after a skiing accident on Monday on the slopes of Mont Tremblant ski resort in Montreal. The actress and daughter of famed English actress Vanessa Redgrave, fell during a private lesson and was not wearing a helmet. She seemed fine and first but later complained of a headache and was taken to a local clinic before being transferred to Hopital du Sacre-Coeur in Montreal.
Neeson, on the set of a film in Toronto, rushed to her side and eventually had her transfered to Lenox Hill Tuesday afternoon. Reports published yesterday said Richardson was brain dead.
