I hate Vampires and all that jazz but I am *trying* to watch Trueblood.  It is amazing what good writing can do to a genre that I hate...but I haven't decided how I feel yet.

It is spot on Jill, IA

I just watched episode 4, I love Jason, he's such an adorable putz, gout of the d!ck

Sam is great too, I read a synopsis of each book so I know why he was rolling around on that bed.

Sookie and Bill  I hate that stupid cop for interrupting them.

So I know nothing about the books...why is Sam rolling around on the bed?  For a while I thought he was a werewolf or could turn into a dog or something.  I thought maybe he was that dog that always seems to be around.  But then there was the scene with he and the dog at the end.

What are the names of the books, btw?

So, I was curious as to what Stephen Moyer looked like outside of Bill and he is YUM.  I know it is the part for him to be pastey and mysterious...and scary but me likey him like this much better :

Okay, so I know that this thread is for TVD but since I don't want to be spoiled in the TB thread by going in there, I'm writing in here.

Our local cable is allowing access to HBO/Cinemax this weekend along with HBO On Demand so my mom and I are watching True Blood! The series is SO good! We seen the first 7 episodes tonight and we're hooked. We're going to see the remaining epi's on Sunday.

I have to ask though . . . . in the remaining epi's do we find out the significance of the dog? (if there is one) And what is up with Sam? Do we find out what's going on with him? The last epi we saw he was sprinting naked through the woods.

Any of you have a preference with Sookie/Bill or Sookie/Eric?

Yes, you find out about the dog and you find out about Sam, the season ender ties up the loose ends.

I'm a Sookie/Bill shipper, but I know that in the books it's all Sookie/Eric, thankfully Alan Ball doesn't seem to be following the books too much :)

Season 2 starts tonight EEEEEEEEEEEP

I'm watching True Blood right now and was able to find the first 2 episodes online at surf the channel.

I haven't read any of the books, but is Eric the vampire leader?  The one with the blond hair?  'Cause I sorta liked him  :Katieboobies!
